Case 2 a 51 year old man was arrested on charges that he stalked abd assaulted his former girlfriend in valentine day. He was convicted of assaulting the same women. Assessing the risk of intimate partner violence. \ Occurs when physical sexual activity is engaged in without the consent of the other person. May include: physical force, violence, threat or intimidation. Ignoring the objections of the other person. Causing the other person"s intoxication or impartment.
