Muscles can then be divided into 4 types of functional groups: prime movers, synergists, antagonists, and fixators. The muscles of the body were then broken down into regions, including the face, neck, chest, abdomen, anterior thigh, posterior thigh, glutes, lower leg, back, shoulders, and arms.
