The purpose of rho lambda is to honor those women within panhellenic who have exhibited the highest qualities of leadership and service both to their respective sorority chapters and the panhellenic community. The women recognized have actively furthered the ideals and principles of the panhellenic system throughout their years of sorority affiliation.
