Chiyme is an acid semi fluid gray pulup mass. Pancreatic juice is secreated by the pancreas a small gland located between the folds of the small intestine. Saliva of ruminants doesn not contain enzymes to help digest the starches. It does contain buffers to neutralize the fatty acid produced in the rumen.
