What is science: study of how things work, body of knowledge, study of how"s and why"s, not what"s, the pattern scientific method. Go out and do the tests --> tests create a whole new set of observations. Hypothesis: there are fundamental limits to what we can do science on. If you cant do observations on something, then you can"t do science on it. What is the outcome of this process: the model gets better, the observations make the model better or cause you to have to change the model which makes it better because it makes it more accurate. The goal of science: the goal of science is to create really good models, the models are not perfect and they could change but it makes them better h t u r. T: as science progresses, the truth becomes more. Finally, at one point (100%), it evens out: not all parts of science are in the same place on this curve.
