Lab topic: the rate fermentation of different carbohydrates. In this experiment, we found that glucose fermented the most and distilled water fermented the least. Measuring the ppm of different solutions of carbohydrates then subtracting the initial ppm concluded this outcome. The purpose of this experiment was to determine the rate of fermentation through the change of co2 with each solution containing a different carbohydrate. We are going to do this with the use of a qubit and a computer. A qubit is a device used to measure the levels of co2 within a solution. The qubit will be used with each of the carbohydrate solutions. We will see the different co2 levels each carbohydrate produces.
