So we will focus on the pros and cons of capitalism and discuss the important year of 1848. Because what happened then is important, it is important that we know all the facts of what factors changed the country the way it did as we will see shorty. Capitalism began in britain in the 19th century because of the dominance of the sea they had and also had good trade routes to areas such as the americas and african coast. The english civil war helped aid this because before they had strict taxes.
