Scientific observation is an empirical investigation that is structured to answered questions on a systematic fashion. Scientific observations are carefully panned and are able to be confirmed by more than one observer. Observations are called intersubjective which they can be confirmed by more than one observer. When a psychologist/scientist wants to find out if there is empirical evidence, he uses data collected. Some topics in psychology are difficult to study bc it would be unethical.
