I really enjoyed this section because it was about native american religions and that"s not something i was familiar with before reading this. Because these people were completely isolated from the rest of the world, it was interesting to learn how these groups of people were raised. The native americans would pray forgiveness after hunting, and they would only kill what they needed and i really admired that. I loved that in native american cultures, menstruating women are seen as really powerful, because in modern society women that are menstruating are seen as crazy or that they act more psychotic when on their period. Another taboo i found interesting is that when people die they are so afraid of being haunted that they won"t even speak the person"s name that had passed away for years.
