Stand up meetings are all about self organization. Can be indicators of team fluidity and functionality. Daily standups are at the beginning of the day. Scrum master and product can answer questions but never start conversations. Scrum master should wait until after in order to teach the team on how to deliver information. There are some personalities that can affect a stand up meeting. Have trouble focusing early in the day. Late risers will usually focus on only the persons immediately next to them, this includes left and right of them. To avert this problem, a scrum master can have the team randomly toss a ball around to determine who talks next in the daily standup. Some developers take a long time to answer questions during daily startup. Remind team member after the meeting that there is a timebox. People lounging and not taking the meeting seriously.
