Positive emotions are those that give us a pleasant feeling or a positive feeling. The first thing is to be able to know what an emotion is and where it comes from. The word emotion derives from the latin movere and means "to move outwards". With this meaning, it is seen that emotions are a motor and from them derives the strength to do everything in our life.
