Food production is centered on agricultural activities and food preparation. Farm machinery and agrochemicals are transported all around the world. Agriculture is the process of producing lots of products by the cultivation of certain plants and the raising of livestock, scientists invent new ways to improve agricultures, 4% of the world"s. Food processing transforms raw ingredients into food for human consumption, in order to produce food products. Wholesale and distribution involves an entire global network to get food to where it needs to go supplies, manufacturers, warehousing, retailers, and end consumers. Retail involves the buying of the food. Populations keep increasing and food preparation keeps changing. One industry sells fresh and raw foods, and the other sells prepared food: both industries are competing against each other. Marketing enables the producers to have infinite possibilities in product creation, as people get further and further away from producing their own food.
