Every once in a while, america"s wasp (white, anglo-saxon, protestant) culture lashes out at other cultures. Huntington is often the voice of alarm about the dangers that other cultures possess to the us, but mostly mexicans. Huntington initialled focused on the dangers of the ussr, then of islam, and now on. Claimed that islam was coming to invade the americas. Huntington believes that all mexicans want to do is invade, exploit and impoverish, since poverty is their true nature. Mexicans do not exploit, there is an american labor demand and they fill it. If one day there was full employment in mexico, america would need to find a new source of labor. Huntington claimed that mexicans receive more services than the give but this is completely false. There is money spent on educating children of immigrants, but those immigrants pay for that education through their taxes.
