Modern research on personality processes has historical roots in the learning & phenomenological theories, but also includes elements of the psychodynamic & trait approaches. Patterns of priming are relevant to behavioral patterns such as rejection sensitivity & aggression, & to the flexible worldviews of bicultural individuals.
