Kinetic energy can be seen in our daily lives and immediate environment and uses our body energy to apply force. This helps make us use energy and work to make this happen. We are able to see this when we play sports and our body maintains the energy unless the speed changes. Chemical energy is created from an arrangement of atoms and is released through a chemical reaction.
