Validity: extent to which a test measures what it"s supposed to xii. Content validity: extent to which a test samples the appropriate behavior/information, exam over material covered in class xiii. Predictive/criterion-related validity: success with which a test predicts the behavior it is designed to predict, assessed by computing the correlation between test scores and a criterion behavior.
