Mrp: created time fazed plan for purchasing of raw materials based on lead time to base it on customer demand. Lead time offset: when you need things to get them done by, things are ordered. Mps: list of demand for each product (sku) we need this amount of product to be produced in this time frame. Compares list with inventory we have on hand (inventory master file) Aggregate forecast (allows you to create a production plan. Resource requirement plan: access to raw material, employees, money. Rccp: rough cut capacity planning, looks at critical work centers to make sure we have enough capacity to satisfy demand. Capacity requirement plan: it looks at the capacity of each resource, in term of when materials are going to arrive and routing through system to see if it s capable of producing on schedule.
