1. Centennial Place

11935 Abercorn St, Savannah, GA 31419

This residence hall opened in the fall of 2009. Students living here will have a chance to live in suites and full apartments. All rooms are fully furnished as well.

2. Eagle Village

11935 Abercorn St, Savannah, GA 31419 This residence hall opened in the fall of 2005. Students living here will be housed with over 800 other students who will live in deluxe suite style dorms. Students will also live in learning communities.

3. Freedon's Landing

11935 Abercorn St, Savannah, GA 31419 Students living here will live amongst over 900 other upperclassmen. Students will be able to live in a two, three, or four bedroom apartment. This complex is open to grad and transfer students.

4. Kennedy Hall

11935 Abercorn St, Savannah, GA 31419 This residence hall opened in the fall of 1998. Students living here will be able to live in two or three bedroom apartments. There are also one bedroom apartments available as well. There are over 400 students living here.

5. Southern Courtyard

11935 Abercorn St, Savannah, GA 31419 Students living here will be able to live in an apartment style dorm. It first opened in the fall of 2004. This residence hall continues to welcome over 400 students each year.

6. Southern Pines

11935 Abercorn St, Savannah, GA 31419 This residence hall opened in the fall of 2003. It currently hosues over 600 students. It is home to the Innovation Living Learning Community and ROTC Theme Living Community. Students will also live in a super suite style dorm.

7. University Villas

11935 Abercorn St, Savannah, GA 31419 This dorm was purchased in 2008 and opened up to nearly 500 upper-class students. Students living here can live in two or four bedroom apartments. Students willa also get to live in townhouses.

8. Watson Hall

11935 Abercorn St, Savannah, GA 31419 This residence hall opened in the fall of 1994. It currently has single and double occupancy rooms that house 180 freshman students. Students will also find a recreation room and computer lab here.

9. Colonial Village at Marsh Cove

11400 White Bluff Rd, Savannah, GA 31419 This apartment is located right off of campus. Students living here will have  chance to live in a one, two, or three bedroom apartment. Students will also have a chance to enjoy a fitness center and outdoor pool.

10.  Moss Pointe

9400 Abercorn St, Savannah, GA 31406 Students living here will be housed right off of campus. Students will also have a chance to live in a one, two, three, or four bedroom apartment. This apartment complex also has a pool and fitness center.
