Top 7 Residences at CSU Northridge

Knowing where you can stay at on campus can be easy to find, but knowing where you want to stay can be tough. Luckily, we have compiled a list just for you! Below you will find some of the top housing for students at California State University-Northridge (CSUN-Northridge).

1. Suites at University Park

The Suites are for first-year students. Students will live in a fully furnished four person suite. Students will live in communal spaces with bathrooms on each floors and study areas.

2. Apartments at University Park

Do you want to still live on campus even aftter your first year? The Apartments at University Park are fully furnished and are right by many of the campus's most popular facilities. They feature a two-bedroom one bathroom bathroom apartment. Students can also get a balcony as well!

3. Apartments at University Village

The Apartments at University Village are geared towards family living. Students with children are eligible to stay here. These two-bedroom apartments are on campus and feature a private bathroom. However, these come unfurnished, but do have a recreation room.

4. Candlewood North Apartments

If you're looking for a place to live off campus, Candlewood North Apartments offers students the chance to live in a studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom apartment. Students have access to an outdoor pool, a laundry in their unit, and more!

5. Alder Apartments

Alder Apartments is situated just a few miles from campus. Students can live in a studio, one-, or two-bedroom apartment. Pets are allowed.  Students will be granted a full size kitchen in their unit and will have a chance to lounge in one of the common areas.

6. Chase Apartments

The Chase Apartments is just a short distance from campus. Here, students have access to lounge areas, a rooftop lounge area, a picnic area, a full size kitchen, and more. Students can live in either a two or three-bedroom apartment equipped with all of your needs.

7. Ivy Apartment Homes at Northridge

The Ivy Apartment Homes at Northridge offers students the chance to stay in a one-, two, or three bedroom apartment. The apartment comes with a full size kitchen and private bathrooms. Students can also take a dip and swim in the pool!
