Living in residence at Humber College will undoubtedly be one of the most memorable and rewarding times of your life. Students will have the opportunity to learn, grow and challenge themselves outside the classroom. The college will have comfortable living quarters, great food, great friends and unforgettable experiences.

1. North Campus Residence

Residence Address: 203 Humber College Blvd, Toronto, ON M9W 6V3 Humber’s North Campus has two residential buildings with traditional single rooms and suite style accommodation. The single style rooms are private rooms with centrally located washrooms and lounges. Some floors have single gender washrooms, others are coed style. This is a great choice for first-year students as these private rooms provide own personal space, while still encouraging friendships and connections among students in this community living environment. Rooms are equipped with single bed with a mattress, wardrobe/closet, desk with chair, shelves above the desk, curtains, sheet flooring, towel bars, and hooks, ceiling light, medicine cabinet, garbage/ recycling containers, and air conditioners. The suite style rooms have 143 suites which can accommodate 286 residents. The suites are reserved for returning residents, but first-year students are given the opportunity to place themselves on the suite waitlist in their initial application. The rooms are equipped with two bedrooms (each with double bed), two pull out drawers under the bed, carpeting in the bedroom, closet with shelves, desk with chair, blinds, cable ports for cable TV, garbage and recycling containers and ceiling light. There is a kitchen that has a microwave, full-size fridge with freezer, single sink, cupboards, kitchen table and two chairs, cement style floor, and a smoke detector.

2. Lakeshore Residence

Residence Address: 3199 Lake Shore Blvd. West, Toronto, ON M8V 1K8 Humber’s Lakeshore Campus residence building has Suite Style Accommodation. Located on the west of Downtown Toronto, the Lakeshore Campus combines attractive lakefront parkland, bike paths, and historic building. On-site facilities include high-tech classrooms, computer labs, athletic facilities, library, food services, and so much more. Suite style rooms at North residence have 143 suites which can accommodate 286 residents. 3. Westwood Abbey Apartments

Residence Address: 7280 Darcel Avenue, Mississauga, Ontario, L4T 3T7

Westwood Abbey Apartments is located in a quiet residential area and is conveniently located to many amenities including shopping, transit, schools, major highways and the airport. The neighbouring Malton Community Centre has quality amenities, including; an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, arena, gymnasium, library, sports fields and playground.
