College life is a hassle, especially when it comes to classes. Luckily, we have compiled a list of easy courses you can take that will help you to adjust to the busy lifestyle. Below are 10 of the easiest courses to take at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

1. HIST 341 - The American Experience

In this class, students will learn about 20th century America. It will explore the American "way of life." Students will also learn how America has changed politically, culturally, and socially. This class will also explore how America is perceived in other parts of the world. A map of the United States.  

2. PHYS 102 - General Physics

Students will learn about the many methods and practices in physics. This class will also explore topics in energy, momentum, laws of motion, conservation and its principles, properties of matter, and mechanical properties. A graphic of formulas in physics.  

3. STS 316 - Mass Communications. Technology, and Culture

Mass communication is what many people rely on in the world, whether it comes to reading the latest news story or just talking to your family and friends.  In this course, students will learn about mass communication has it relates to culture and technology. Students will learn about the different forms of the media and how they have developed to fit today's changing world. A graphic of mass communication.  

4. PHYS 202 - Introductory Astronomy and Cosmology

In this course, students will learn about the universe and the world's space presence in the galaxy. This class will explore the solar system, stars, galaxies, star life, the big bang, black holes, and how science plays a role in the world and space technology. A telescope pointing at the stars.  

5. STS 210 - General Psychology

Do you understand the way you think? This class will give students a brief overview on psychology. Students will learn about topics in learning, perception, motivation, personality, emotion, cognitive development, and human interactions. A drawing of the human brain on a chalkboard.
 

6. AS 333 - Leadership and Management I

What's your leadership style and role in the workplace? This course will explore leadership skills in management. Students will learn how to behave in a group setting, how to communicate, and professional skills for the workplace. A representation of a boss versus a leader.
 

7. ECON 201 - Economics

In this course, students will learn about the global economy. This course will explore the economy's policies and procedures when it comes to trading, setting prices, and the market itself. Other topics to be discussed include investment, cost of goods and services, unemployment, and income. A representation of the economy.  

8. COM 266 - Foundations of Game Production

What was your favorite video game as a kid? This course will explore the fundamental and techniques for developing a video game. Students will learn about topics in scripting, tools for production, methodologies for producing a game, and visual effects. An image of Mario in the Mario Kart video game,.  

9. THTR 101 - Living Theatre

In this course, students will explore the basic fundamentals of theatre. Students will learn about how the set is viewed from the playwright, director, designer, and actor's point of view. Students will also be required to write a review on one play they can select to watch. An inside look into a theatre.  

10. LIT 355 - Poetry

In this course, student swill learn about the fundamentals of poetry. This course will touch base on topics such as rhythm, sound, meter, diction, tone, connotation, metaphor, and symbols. This course will also have an emphasis on how poetry plays a role in our world. An image of the word poetry.  

College is a place where you will experience stress, but it can also be a time where you are able to find a balance in between your classes. Taking easier classes will help you to find the balance you want. Try taking some of the courses we listed above!
