For those of you who aren’t aware about it, Pace University has 2 campuses: New York city and Pleasantville. Both of them offers pretty much same courses and facilities but there are certain pros of NYC Campus that totally stand out!

When you make the choice to go to college in NYC, you are setting yourself up to be surrounded by the most driven and hard-working people in the country. New York is the city of dreams, and there are opportunities everywhere. Internships are at your fingertips, unlike at colleges in the middle of nowhere. Many NYC college students begin interning in their freshman year just because there are so many chances to do so. The opportunities are endless and they’re there for the taking, so you better take advantage!

Everything is at your fingertips

So, you may not live on a big grassy campus in the middle of nowhere, but hey you don’t live in the middle of nowhere. You don’t have to pay to park your car on campus just so you can go to the grocery store. Ever heard of those colleges where you have to take a shuttle just to get to a CVS? Not in NYC. There is a Duane Reed on every corner, a food store on every block, and a 99% chance that there is a pizza place within a .10-mile radius of where you are.

It’s the city that never sleeps

In NYC, things are just getting started by the time other cities are shutting down. Hungry at 3 A.M? This city has got you covered. Feel like going to a club on a Tuesday night but don’t think anyone will be out? Definitely, they will be. Every night is a party night in NYC. Even during the wee hours of the night, NYC is lively and filled with people walking around. You will never feel alone or bored here!

In Pace NYC, you’ll be able to interact with tons of people from all over the world. There are more foreign-born immigrants who live in NYC than there are people who live in Chicago. You’ll be able to explore the many different ethnic neighborhoods in NYC where you can experience the cuisines and cultures of different nationalities. Especially in today’s global economy, graduating college with a global perspective and knowledge of different cultures can benefit you in your professional life.

Overall. Going to college in NYC can be a life changing experience and definitely worth experiencing. You have everything that is required to make the best out of college experience. All you have to do is step out and explore!!
