The rate of pay is $14.60 per hour, including vacation pay. To be eligible for the the work study positions, students must meet the criteria for being in financial need and those who have received an entitlement by student awards.
3. Student Ambassador
This is a great opportunity for students to get involved in the community and enhance their networking and event planning skills. Students can sign up to be an ambassador for Queens Student Alumni Association. This is a great chance for students to meet other students and Queens alumni. Every year the school looks for volunteers to represent on behalf of the student body. This is also gives students a chance to attend Queens events such as galas, award ceremonies and luncheons.
4. Queen’s Undergraduate Internship Program (QUIP)
Internships are a great opportunity for students to get experience before they graduate and get a job. It allows students to get ahead of others when applying to a job. This program provides students with 12-16 months of work experience. What even better is that this internship is paid as well! To register students can apply online.
