Stonybrook walkway flag

Being a college student has its struggles. Especially when the dining hall food sucks (all Stony Brook students can relate) and you’re craving something edible. Who doesn’t want some quality food once in awhile, especially when it’s -3 degrees outside and walking to the dining hall could potentially freeze your feet over? Fret no more, here are 4 places near Stony Brook that deliver that all have some sweet benefits and delicious food.

1.The Cheesecake Factory

Often times, not always, but a lot of times, The Cheesecake Factory will have free delivery to Stony Brook on DoorDash. Just keep checking the DoorDash app and who knows, you might be blessed with free delivery and some delicious food. They deliver to Stony Brook a lot so they know where to go and are experienced.

2. Yum Yum Dumplings

Yum Yum Dumplings is near Stony Brook and offers delivery with a great deal. For $10 you can get 6 dumplings of your choice, your choice of fried rice and a Bubble Tea as well! Their food is pretty good and the delivery service is fine.

3. P.F. Changs

P.F. Changs has a low delivery fee ($2.99) on DoorDash and comes with some delicious food as well. It may not be authentic Chinese food but it’s still worth it.

4. Raga

If you love Indian food, this restaurant delivers to Stony Brook often and makes really good Indian food. Plus, it’s on the cheaper side for all of you broke college students.

And there you go, 4delivery places that all come with their own perks. Whether it’s the price, or the quality of food. Dining hall food can really just not do it for you sometimes (or most of the time) and it’s important to eat good food once in awhile so you don’t go crazy with hunger. Make sure to treat yourself with these places once in awhile (or always) after finals and midterms especially!
