University of Regina

Situated in Saskatchewan, University of Regina is one of Canada’s best universities. The dorms at the institution contribute to this reputation. Here are the ten best from the entire campus:

1. Kisk Towers

A room in Kisik Towers

Address: 3737 Wascana Pkwy

At Regina, you won’t find a better place to live than Kisik Towers. At Kisik, you’ll find the safest, cleanest, most up to date rooms. This is thanks in large part to the fact that the building is only three years old!

2. La Residence

La Residence

Address: 845 Broad Street

The best thing La Residence has going for it is the sense of community that develops. It’s not very big and opts for coziness instead. Because of this, students have developed incredibly meaningful relationships over the years at La Residence.

3. Paskwaw Tower

A room in Paskwaw Tower

Address: 146 Wascana Pkwy

Paskwaw Tower gets the edge over its counterpart, Wakpa Tower because of the suite style living. It has more amenities and the prices are still pretty comparable. The rooms come in lots of options, too, ranging from studios to suites to standard dorms and more.

4. College West

A room in College West

Address: University of Regina, College West Building, Regina

College West may not be the newest building on campus, but it is the one that has been renovated the most recently. Reopening this year, College West borders on luxurious for students who live there, which is much different from standard dorm expectations. Some apartments even have seven bedrooms at College West!

5. Wakpa Tower

A room in Wakpa Tower

Address: 148 Wascana Pkwy

Wakpa features more standard style dorm rooms than Paskwaw does, as mentioned above. However, Wakpa still has a great location on the Regina campus. Right near the library, it’s perfect for students who are eager to study.

6. Allen Apartments

Allen Apartments

Address: 2175 Rae Street

For off campus housing options, Allen Apartments is definitely the best. It is the closest and it is relatively inexpensive. But even though it’s not right on campus, it still has the advantage of being located in a great area.

7. Laney Lodge

Laney Lodge

Address: 2410 15th Avenue

Laney Lodge is a relatively inexpensive option for off campus students! It’s also very close to being at the heart of University of Regina, too. It’s a desirable location, though, so people are quick to line up for a room here.

8. Chateau Apartments

Chateau Apartments

Address: 2104 14th Avenue

The Chateau Apartments have a lot of rooms available for renting and they’re move-in ready. This is an excellent option for students from the University of Regina! There are also different styles of apartments located here, including one bedrooms and suites.

9. Linden Manor

Linden Manor

Address: 2024 14th Avenue

Linden Manor is the cheapest option for off campus students. While it’s still relatively close to campus, it only slots into the ninth position because of its lack of amenities. It pretty much has the basics, which you could get in a dorm if you so desired.

10. Greystone Manor

Greystone Manor

Address: 2115 Montague Street

Greystone Manor’s top features are everything it has around it. Located in a great area, schools, stores, restaurants, and more are a quick trip from Greystone. Thanks to a solid transportation system nearby, you don’t always have to walk either.

Regina is one of the best schools in the great white north. With living situations like these, you could hardly go wrong. Frankly, number ten could almost be number one!
