Ischaemic stroke - rare: haemorrhagic stroke - rare, vasculitis. Drugs: alcohol withdrawal, diuretics, anti-cholinergic, anti-histamine, corticosteroids, digoxin, anti-hypertensives - propranolol, opioids, anti-depressants, anxiolytics, analgesics, nsaids, amiodarone. Lewy bodies seen in cortex of 20% dementia patients.
