Some exceptions where communication in acceptance is not needed. Agreei(cid:374)g that (cid:455)ou do(cid:374)(cid:859)t ha(cid:448)e to ha(cid:448)e that (cid:272)o(cid:373)(cid:373)u(cid:374)i(cid:272)ati(cid:374)g right (cid:862)you do(cid:374)(cid:859)t ha(cid:448)e to (cid:272)o(cid:373)(cid:373)u(cid:374)i(cid:272)ate (cid:455)our a(cid:272)(cid:272)epta(cid:374)(cid:272)e (cid:449)ith (cid:373)e(cid:863). Only allowed to waiver it if its going to negatively affect you. Cant waiver it when it negatively affects the other person. You can waiver it in cases like this because the conduct is clear in the ad. Acceptance as a conduct (cid:373)ea(cid:374)s (cid:455)ou (cid:858)re wavering your rights. I(cid:374) re(cid:449)ard (cid:272)ases the a(cid:272)(cid:272)epta(cid:374)(cid:272)e is(cid:374)"t u(cid:374)til the goal is rea(cid:272)hed/performed the condition (till the act is done). The conduct is the acceptance and not verbal. You need to make it clear that you are wavering. For reward ads the acceptance is not until the goal is performed and reached. If the scenario is detriment to the offeree then waiver cannot occur. Only allowed when a disadvantage to the offeror (its actually worst for the offeror as he doesn"t know a(cid:271)out the a(cid:272)(cid:272)eptan(cid:272)e).
