Breasts: decreases rick of breast cancer. Heart: decreases risk of heart disease, strengthens the heart. Increase volume of blood pumped to the body. Liver and pancreas: reduces risk of type two diabetes. Doing any pa is better than none. Be active on most, preferably all days.
