Avoid frivolous (thoughtless) remarks and criticizing other practitioners. Maintain a legend for abbreviations and customise forms. Maintain copies of all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Review and achieve patient files and keep longer than the statutory period (approx. It starts from the moment you meet the patient while they are in the waiting room. Good lighting is important for clear observation as it may provide delusions and shadows.
