Infrastructure as a service (iaas) eg amazon s3, data storage service. Information system that stores data in many geographical locations, ready on demand. Used to store and deliver content that seldom changes. Organisations can use the cloud services securely through virtual private network (vpn), private cloud and virtual private cloud (vpc) Vpn : uses internet or private internet. Vpn client vpn server is called tunnel. Private cloud : owned and operated by own organisation. Provides security within the organisational structure, no secure access from outside. Vpc : subset of a public cloud with highly restricted, secure access.
