Priority action schools progam (pasp) (2002) another version of this program. Knowing makes the difference: learning from the pasp. Schools recurrent cost: began in 2001, student"s residential address, ses index: income, education, occupation, non-gov. schools. Lowest ses (85 + lower) 70% of agsrc. Kevin rudd govt. introduced new govt. funding for education. Building the ed revolution aim to build new halls, libraries etc.
