Visual feature by s7 designs act 2003 in relation to a product includes the shape, configuration, pattern and ornamentation of the product. s7(2) a visual feature may serve a functional purpose and still be registered. The visual features of a product such as the feel of the product the materials used in the product on an item of infinite dimension a repeat of a pattern by s7(3).
