The goal of the execution phase is to work on each task defined in the wbs to produce the identified outcomes and to follow the defined or adapted project schedule. The majority of time and money in a project is usually spent during the execution phase. Human resources wrong ones selected, given the wrong work assignments, not trained correctly or at all, not motivated properly. Scope creep the scope of the project continually expands. System requirements not accurate, not written correctly, or some listed that are not really necessary. Adding additional resources to a late project only makes it later. Quality assurance not properly planned and executed. The manage stakeholders process refers to the managing communications to satisfy the needs of and resolve issues with project stakeholders. Stakeholders deserve and require accurate information on the status of the project even if the information consists of bad news. Monitoring is collect and reporting information concerning previously defined project.
