Intrapersonal conflicts: conflict within an individual, caused by emotions, values, perceptions, beliefs etc. Interpersonal conflicts: conflict between individuals, between friends, colleagues, co-workers, bosses, stakeholders. Intragroup conflicts: conflict within a small group, such as a work team, committee, or a family.
