How would we react to a child who tells the class that her mums head was pushed into a
wall by the dad.
ď‚·Assure class this is an appropriate response
ď‚·Its good that she is telling others about it
ď‚·This is a serious matter, and anyone in the class that is disturbed can come and
speak to the teacher
Its hard as they are adults
ď‚·Can call wife into school and if there is damage or injuries to face, act on her behalf
ď‚·Encourage her to speak up as abuse is not ok
ď‚·No one should be scared to speak up esepcailly if there life is in danger
If she doesn’t want to:
ď‚·Keep an eye on child through class
ď‚·If it occurs again, possible take action,
ď‚·Involve school or police
