Accountability keeping the govt. accountable and how law can do that: a level of bureaucracy, wasted resources, keeping the government accountable. Result: not damages, but the faulty decision being revoked. Judiciary: enforces/upholds the law and interprets/applies the law. Ensures one arm does not wield too much power. Governor general, queen, cabinet (pm and ministers), government department, other govt bodies, public service.
