On successful completion of this course you should be able to: Develop, articulate, assess and evaluate learning goals in a professional practice setting using human services theory, skills, knowledge and values. Articulate and apply human services theory, skills, values, ethics and confidentiality in a human services agency. Assess and analyse workplace learning opportunities using a critical reflective lens on your own practice and values.
