Cortex (perception: eye muscles (gaze stabilization, body muscles (head/body stabilization) Motion sickness unusual combo of head/eye movement. Meniere"s disease increased volume and pressure of endolymph. Transduction = hair bent > depolarised/hyperpolarized > transmitter released > action potential rate. Canal moves > hair bent > depolarised/hyper > transmitter released > action potential rate. Lecture 2 stretch reflex and multisynaptic reflexes.
