It has a number of traps that people often fall into: falsely identifying/analysing other players or the game itself, changing the game at the expensive of others, placing an over emphasis on unique-ness. It can be difficult to shift thinking to allocentric. If all the other players are acting egocentrically, what happens to the one organization acting allocentrically: no mention of how other organisations like chicken station are acting allo- centrically. It assumes there is a solution, but doesn"t show you how/where this solution is located: allows you to map it out but doesn"t tell you what to do, can be hard to employ.
