Pharmacology: although there is a market for so-called smart drugs , there is no study showing evidence for a drug-related increase in gf in healthy adults. Research on whether video games increase iq or not no empirical evidence on it, but computer games enhance task-specific performance and selective visuospatial attention. Although performance on tests of gf can be improved through direct practice on the tests themselves, there is no evidence that training on any other regimen yields increased gf in adults.
