The systems of units table shows the main name of the type of system, it then tell us the units its measured in or other may call it the code, and the symbol it represents. Below are a number of systems of units all representing the uses of electrical data being manipulated or substituted for a specific calculation. The uses of these names have been most usually to the names after the scientist who has discovered this. For example, newton discovered the applications or the physics of force, so the unit name for force is newtons. This is one technique of remembering all these terms however this is not the case for all units and their symbols. The systems of units have been used for centuries and unlike the periodic table the system of units have not been changed or manipulated.
