If it doesn"t fade when pressed meningococcal purple (pin-prick) associated w fever and being unwell. Podiatry: growing pains, hypermobility (aches/pains physiotherapy), chronic pain syndromes, rickets (vit d def, dec sunlight), nail changes (clubbing chd, lung/git diseases/disorders), osteogenesis imperfecta (brittle bone disease).
