in the creation of public policies and services. It is contrasted with a transaction based
method of service delivery in which citizens consume public services which are conceived
of and provided by governments.

COP 21: COP stands for Conference of the Parties, referring to the countries
that have signed up to the 1992 United Nations Framework Convention on
Climate Change. The COP in Paris is the 21st such conference.
o Corporate greening
green company claims to act in a way which minimizes damage to the environment. As
global warming continues apace and becomes an increasingly prevalent topic amongst
world governments, many companies are doing their part to become environmentally more
responsible or "green".
o Earth system governance
The Earth System Governance Project is a long-term, interdisciplinary social science
research programme originally developed under the auspices of the International Human
Dimensions Programme on Global Environmental Change.

Behavioral theories of leadership do not seek inborn traits or capabilities. Rather, they
look at what leadersactually do. If success can be defined in terms of describable actions,
then it should be relatively easy for other people to act in the same way.
