Commission testimonies, newspaper reports the murder was the clay. The political climate, the amnesty conditions, the presence of tshidiso mutase. [son of the murder victims] and his grandmother, the lawyers all of these were the hands forming the clay. So there are actually two stories: the story and the under-story, the matrix, the propelling force determining what is left out, what is used, how it is used. And at the heart of this force are the amnesty conditions.
