Document Summary
The general physiological and emotional state that happens due to the stress response. The individual"s own thoughts and perceptions determine whether a demand, situation or events stressful. The same demand, situation or event may evoke different levels of stress for different individuals. The physical and emotional reactions to the stressor is known as the stress response.
