Process of dealing with the government is a hegemonic process. The media is a hegemonic force, society reacts and is influences by it. Your practiced religion, spiritual life can affect the way in which you are living in society. Ideas of values vs. the way you see your place in state. Governmentality is very important since it is powerful and its knowledge is values. Hegomony - different institutions act as pseudo governments to construct our values and ideas. Governmentality - diffusion of truths through different hegemonic mechanisms. Biopolitics- specific types of governance affecting our perception of ourselves as biological beings. Bureaucratization - structure and order within complex society.
