Diicult to control these factors (training doctors can take 15 years) Hard to determine demand (demographic changes, disease paterns, hc delivery) Diicult to manage stock and low (supply) Imgs not happy=legal case of jamorski vs. ontario challenged pip program. Posiions reserved for img goes from 24 to 200. Doesn"t recognize pervious professional experience for those trained outside canada. Imgs, who are accepted, required to complete addiional training prior to being licensed. More culturally diverse delivers more diverse hhr. Many imgs believe writen exam not true test of their skills (could also raise assessment standards) Beter evaluaions of medical standards of other countries.
