Wavy red line: misspelled word, word uses its own dictionary, right click on underlined word to see if the correct spelling is there, click (cid:862)ig(cid:374)ore all(cid:863) if it is spelled right. Quick access toolbar: top left corner, contains a group of commands. Font: style: determines shape of each character. Point: unit of measure to determine font size, 72 points = 1 inch. Clip art: cartoon or other drawings, microsoft office offers these clip art insertions, can also add your own clip art, typically vector graphics rather than raster. Inline graphic: tied to the text and moves wherever the text is moved to. Floating graphic: stays where its put, text flows around it. Sizing handles: the white circles of squares around the art, shape or object that allow the object to be resized. Only use a little to put emphasis on important text. Distributes documents over the internet, cds and dvds.
