Speech starts in lungs, moves up windpipe, past vocal folds, When vocal chords vibrate it is voiced sound. Glottal states refers to whether your vocal folds are pulled apart or not. Murmur is a breathy voice using voiced aspirated consonants. Consonants have restriction but vowels have no obstruction of air flow.
