Government has important role to play to minimize equality. In scandinavia they are mostly social democratic. Social partners: important roles for government, unions and employer"s. The labour market so be in the view of the labour relations with the employee"scollective bargaining and to look at people"s work lives. 3 levels of protection and rights: national laws and policy, free university a. i. a. ii. And give grants to students that need it to go abroad. If you make over a certain about you pay a small fee: free healthcare and eldercare, these are considered as rights and entitlements, cradle to grave support system. This is what they mean by welfare societythey care about people as a whole. 70% of workers are in a union.
